VAVAA | Returns & Refunds Policy
At VAVAA, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our collections. To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, please review our policy before completing your purchase.
1. The VAVAA Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on eligible clothing items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

All VAVAA tags and original packaging must be intact.

The item must be in a resalable condition.
How to Exchange: Please email our support team at info@vavaa.co.uk with your Order Number. Do not return items without prior authorization; unauthorized returns will not be processed.
2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene regulations, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Afghan Dresses, Ladies 3Pc Suits & Abayas: As these are specialized/luxury garments, all sales are final.

Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Hijabs (Scarves), Hijab Caps, and all Hair Accessories.

Sale Items: All items purchased during a sale or clearance event are final sale unless proven faulty upon arrival.
Note: We highly recommend checking our Size Guide or contacting our stylists before purchasing an Afghan Dress or Abaya to ensure the perfect fit.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued for standard clothing items (excluding the non-returnable list above) that meet our return criteria.

Condition Check: VAVAA reserves the right to reject a refund if the item shows signs of wear, perfume scents, or makeup stains.

Rejected Refunds: If a return is rejected, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to have the item sent back to them.

Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees.
4. Shipping & Liability (Strict Requirement)
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
📢 Requirement: All returns must be sent via a Tracked & Signed For service.

VAVAA is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

We will not process a refund or exchange without a valid tracking number and proof of delivery to our facility.

In the event of a lost return, the customer must seek compensation directly from their chosen courier.
5. International Orders
For our global VAVAA community:

Customs & Duties: VAVAA does not refund international taxes, customs duties, or brokerage fees.

Refused Delivery: If you refuse an international delivery, the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees will be deducted from your refund.
6. Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the fault. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund including standard return postage.
