Refund & Return Policy (7 Days)

Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Afghan-inspired designs. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, unwashed, and free of any damage.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please email us at info@vavaa.co.uk. Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and return address.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or altered items

  • Beauty, personal care, or hygiene products

  • Sale or discounted items

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour, or style, the quickest method is to return your original item, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
